Meet Our Staff

Amanda Kight

Administrator

Amanda has worked in the early childhood field since 1991 and began her employment with Library Square School in 2004. Beginning as our Lead Toddler Teacher, Amanda advanced to our Program Director in 2007, and has done a wonderful job of supporting both our staff and our families ever since.

Amanda attended the College of Lake County for early childhood education, and the University of WI-Milwaukee completing her Administrative Credential in the summer of 2017. She is also a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Kylee Biedron

Director

Kylee has worked in the early childhood field since 2017. . Beginning as our Lead Two year old Teacher, Kylee advanced to our Program Director in 2022, and has done a wonderful job of supporting both our staff and our families ever since.

Kylee attended  the University of WI-Green Bay, completing her Administrative Credential in the spring of 2022. She is also a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Our Teaching Staff

Both our lead and assistant teachers have training in early childhood education and hold certificates to teach. Each teacher completes a minimum of 15 hours of additional trainings per year. We run extensive background checks on all center employees and volunteers at the time of hire and annually, as well as require bi-annual CPR training and child advocacy training. We encourage all of our staff to pursue a certificate or degree program, and offer tuition assistance and flexible scheduling around class time.
